We link to our clients' websites and other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
Governing law
This website is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer law provides otherwise.

What data we process and why
- Enquiries and quotes. If you email us, call us or request a quote, we use your contact details and what you tell us to reply and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for as long as the conversation lasts and up to one year afterwards if we don't end up working together.
- Clients. If we work together, we process the data needed for the project and invoicing for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by tax and commercial law.
- CVs. If you send us your CV, we keep it for recruitment for one year, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Statistics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures in aggregate how the site is used. Vercel Web Analytics also counts visits anonymously and without cookies (legitimate interest in knowing which pages work).
The site has no forms or user accounts, and we never use your data for advertising.
Who else has access
We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. We work with providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Amazon Web Services (image storage) and Google (analytics, only with your consent). Some are based in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@stackstudio.es. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
